This Privacy Policy explains how Ariana Montoya d/b/a Cafeina Creative (“Cafeina Creative,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit cafeinacreative.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. We’re a small creative studio based in West Palm Beach, Florida, and we keep things simple: we only collect what we need to reply to you and do good work together.
Information you give us. When you fill out our Start a Project form, we collect:
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and content-delivery networks automatically process basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and fix problems. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
Information from embedded content. Some parts of the Site load content from third parties. For example, our fonts come from Google Fonts, and our Instagram feed is displayed through a service called Behold. When your browser loads that content, those providers may receive your IP address and basic device information. Their use of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.

The Site links to our Instagram and Substack pages. If you follow or subscribe to us there, the information you share with those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
The Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to deliver the Site securely, and embedded third-party content may set its own. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
We keep inquiry and project information for as long as we need it to respond to you, work together, and keep reasonable business records (for example, for taxes or to resolve disputes). When we no longer need it, we delete it.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live (for example, California, the European Union, or the United Kingdom), you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to know what we collect or to object to certain uses. We’ll respond within the time required by applicable law, and we won’t treat you differently for making a request. To make a request, contact us as described below.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including relying on service providers with strong security practices. No website or method of transmission is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
We’re based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be processed outside your home country.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
